They trained high quality supervisors and data collectors and meet our needs." The meta header had Africa as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by ICT, advisory, and agriculture which isn't as important as Africa. The other words the site uses is capacity development. consultancy is also included and could not be viewed by search parsers.
